1) E-mail me a photo of your animal and the basic information required:
(Or call me with the information and post me a photo)
2) We will then arrange a suitable time for the telephone consultation.
It is REALLY important that you only provide the information I have asked for. It is very hard to work with too much information as it will cloud my judgement of the animal. After you have confirmed a good 'first connection' you can then tell me anything you like. It is important that you feel that I have picked up on the character of your animal independently and not from the information you have provided me.

Steps to book a consultation
1) I will carry out a thorough 'first connection' with your animal.
2) You ring me at the agreed time and I will share the information from that 'first connection' with you.
3) If you are comfortable that my 'first connection' accurately describes your animal we will then move on to the full consultation.
** Please note that if you are unhappy with my 'first connection' and do not feel that I have accurately described your animal then you may end the consultation at this point and I will of course refund your payment **
At the close of the consultation we will arrange a follow up call for 1-2 weeks later to assess and discuss progress or to simply touch base to see how things are going.
